REPLACEMENT:
We promise a free replacement if the product has a manufacturing problem when it is opened from the box, as long as we receive a letter within seven days stating this and include visual proofs.
After we authorize the replacement, the goods must be returned to us via India Post in its original packaging, along with the Important Instructions Manual and Use & Care Manual. If our internal team finds the aforementioned issue to be valid, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
Our internal team will inspect the product after it is received and respond to you within two business days. If a legitimate flaw is discovered, we will send you a replacement.
Note: The product that was originally purchased cannot be substituted with another product.
Refunds:
Due to logistical issues, we are unable to accept returns for a refund from our website. We may always be reached at ibraahimcart@gmail.com if you have any inquiries about our products.
If the product is canceled before it is sent, a complete refund will be started within four hours of the cancellation.
As soon as we get your refund request, we will let you know whether or not it was granted. You will receive an automated refund using the original payment method if it is accepted. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund to your account may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
